Abby Saloga, APRN, FNP-C

Abby brings more than 18 years of nursing experience in critical care and emergency medicine to Invictus. Caring for patients during complex and high-stakes moments shaped her clinical judgment, but it also sparked an interest in helping people take a more proactive approach to their health.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University. Today, her focus is individualized care that considers the many factors that affect how someone feels and functions - including hormones, energy, metabolism, sleep, lifestyle, and the natural changes that come with aging.

Abby’s goal is for patients to feel heard, understand their options, and feel confident in the plan they build together.

Outside of Invictus: Spending time with family, cheering her daughter on at figure skating and theater, traveling, and enjoying life with her new Boxer puppy.

Fun fact: Life recently got a little more chaotic - and a lot cuter - thanks to the new Boxer puppy.

Areas of focus: Women’s health and hormones across the lifespan • Hormone optimization for men and women • Personalized wellness and health optimization
